Business Planning (Ops) Associate Analyst (Start ASAP)

Join Analog Devices to manage urgent shipments, support fab resiliency, and coordinate packing and shipping in a dynamic semiconductor environment.

Your role

Here’s what you will be doing :

• Handle urgent shipments involving planners, dispatchers, and engineers (BU, R&D, Assembly, Chute Yield, PE)
• Support Fab resiliency projects and coordination with ADTH & ADGT
• Manage packing and shipping for Corr wafer and Penang Assembly requests
• Resolve AOI issues, expedite AOI lots as needed
• Arrange packing materials, including recycled boats
• Submit and manage e-Requests for material or process needs
• Handle incoming and outgoing shipment issues
• Scrap and terminate lots when required
• Plan and coordinate overtime for Diebank and AOI operations
• Support Weekly & Quarterly CCA reporting
• Process and follow up on Engineering Change Notice (ECN) requests
