Customer Service Representative – UK Hours
At Pall Corporation, one of Danaher’s operating companies, we help customers solve their toughest challenges in life sciences, diagnostics and biotechnology. The Customer Service Representative works in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and operates during UK hours, supporting end‑to‑end customer order management.
In This Role, You Will
- Manage customer orders from order entry to product delivery to attain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate and communicate across functional teams such as sales, distribution, and manufacturing to support customer requirements.
- Gain and apply foundational knowledge of compliance and commercial operations.
