Job Descriptions

• Overseeing daily IT operations, including hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
• Working closely with other department Managers to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company’s network
• Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect IT systems and data, including risk assessments and disaster recovery planning.
• Developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with the organization\'s overall goals, including long-term planning and policy development.
• Managing IT projects from initiation to completion, including resource allocation, budgeting, and progress monitoring.
• Managing relationships with IT vendors, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance.
