Reward Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Support top‑down & bottom‑up demands by conducting technical analysis and proposing initial design to provide fit‑for‑purpose analytical solutions to Group Reward Delivery team
- Proactively gather relevant data from internal (Markets & / Centre) and external reward providers
- Conduct detailed analysis as part of reward investigations / enquiries initiated by Group Reward Delivery Team
- Present analysis and initial proposals clearly and creatively
- Support the RAD Process Leads in maintaining fit‑for‑purpose reward data
- Maintain fit‑for‑purpose reward data management, process maps, and frameworks to ensure consistent approach
- Support robust and accurate reward delivery reporting with initial insights / commentary as input to governing bodies at regional, central and / or functional levels
- Provide legislative reporting for pay equity (i.e., gender pay gap reporting)
- Develop and maintain reward delivery tools and templates, and train GBS on tools and templates when required
- Collaborate with GBS in deployment of system improvements in line with changes to reward policies
- Support RAD Process Leads in development of reward capability and communication materials
- Support ad‑hoc reward analysis requests to aid decision‑making and process management for the wider Group Reward team
- Participate in reward projects as part of an agile team as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum 2 years of Generalist Reward experienceStrong analytical capabilities, attention to detail and excellent execution capabilitiesAbility to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersStrong English language (written and oral)Ability to work in a global capacity / virtual working environment across time zonesAbility to work in a highly dynamic and matrixed organization, navigating complexity to deliver seamlesslyBenefits
