Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive (MRO)

We are looking for a talented Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive for a established MNC that specializes in MRO sector.

Reporting to : General Manager

Location : Selangor

Sales Strategy Development : Design and execute a thorough sales plan to meet sales targets and expand market presence in the MRO industry, with a focus on, but not limited to, Automotive, Semiconductor, and Electronics Manufacturing sectors.

Client Relationship Management : Foster and maintain strong connections with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, monitor competitor actions, and gather customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and areas for enhancement.

Sales Forecasting : Develop and manage sales projections, budgets, and performance reports to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.

Collaboration : Partner with marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall business goals and customer requirements.

Negotiation and Closing : Lead negotiations and finalize significant contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Performance Metrics : Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales success and drive continuous improvement.

the requirements

Strong understanding of products and the procurement process within the MRO industry.

Broad experience in selling industrial automation equipment or chemicals for manufacturing facilities.

Familiarity with the manufacturing sector, particularly in vehicle assembly, automotive parts production, or semiconductor fabrication, is a plus.
