Overview
We are looking for a strategic, dynamic, and agile finance leader to join our team as a Strategic Finance Senior Manager.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on driving finance transformation initiatives, digitalization of finance processes, and enabling long-term value creation for the Group.

The role requires strong business acumen, excellent analytical thinking, and the ability to drive cross-functional projects.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in finance improvement initiatives, investment support, and providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Finance & Value Creation : Lead long-range financial planning, dynamic forecasting models, and scenario analysis to support Group-level strategic decisions.
- Finance Digitalization & Process Improvement : Champion and implement finance digitalization initiatives, including finance workflow optimization, and drive process improvement across treasury, business case review, and internal controls.
- Treasury & Capital Efficiency : Deliver monthly cash position and cash flow forecast reports, optimize cash flow, manage liquidity risk, and ensure sufficient funding for business operations and growth.
- Cross-Functional Strategic Projects : Lead or co-lead finance-related cross-country / cross-functional strategic initiatives, and provide strategic and financial support on special projects, operational reviews, and market expansion analysis.
Job Requirements
Academic Qualification : Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics or professional qualification in accounting or investment i.e. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA etc.Working Experience : 4-10 years of experience in strategic finance, management consulting, corporate development, or transformation roles.Skills : Highly strategic, adaptable, and commercially-minded, with ability to work across silos, influence stakeholders, and implement change.Technical : Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, familiar with ERP systems and data visualization tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
