Overview
Maybank — Business Analyst, Business & Production Support (MY & Regional), Technology, Cards, Group CFS. Location : Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business queries and problem statements to troubleshoot and design recommended solutions.
- Define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information to a requirement spec.
- Participate in discussions with related parties to understand requirements and deliver recommended solutions; document requirements in JIRA.
- Manage solution deliverables according to standards and SLA expectations.
- Prepare and maintain all project documentation per endorsed SDLC / Agile processes.
- Maintain project plans and reporting documentation to ensure timely communication and successful delivery of assigned queries and production issues.
- Ensure deliverables are planned and executed in line with the PMO approach.
- Be aware of regulatory and compliance matters.
- Plan and control UAT testing and execution end to end.
