Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Channel Partner Executive to develop, manage, and grow strategic relationships with channel partners. This role is responsible for driving revenue through partner-led sales, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing partner engagement through effective programs, training, and support.
Responsibilities
- Partner Management : Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and new channel partners. Ensure partners are equipped with the tools, training, and resources needed for success.
- Business Development : Identify and onboard new channel partners, explore untapped markets, and drive strategic growth initiatives.
- Sales & Revenue Growth : Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Monitor partner performance and drive sales pipeline.
- Program Management : Implement and manage partner programs to boost engagement, alignment, and performance.
- Training & Enablement : Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and webinars to improve partner knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Relationship Management : Act as the main liaison for partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
- Reporting & Analysis : Track and analyze partner performance, generate reports, and provide insights to improve outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience (3 years) in business development, with a focus on channel sales in IT Hardware.Strong understanding of channel sales models and partner relationship management.Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets through channels.Experience in managing multiple partners and complex sales processes.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically and implement channel programs effectively.Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.Preferred Skills
Experience in (industry / sector) preferred.Strong network of channel partners and reseller relationships.Experience with partner marketing initiatives.What We Offer
