Regional Operations Manager

About The Role
As the Regional Operations Manager for Anytime Fitness Corporate Malaysia, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of multiple fitness centres across Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of Anytime Fitness Corporate clubs in Malaysia, ensuring they meet operational and financial targets
- Provide hands-on leadership and support to club Area Business Managers and Senior Club Managers, helping them to effectively manage their teams and drive member retention and growth
- Monitor club performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the regional and national leadership teams to develop and execute consistent brand standards, policies and procedures across the network
- Oversee member experience and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular club visits and member engagement
- Assist with the recruitment, training and development of club-level staff to build a high-performing, customer-centric team
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operations by providing feedback and recommendations to the senior management team
