The company specialises in supplying industrial valves, actuators, gear motors, and steam-related products. Their offerings cater to various industries, including palm oil, petrochemical, water and wastewater, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and food processing.
Job Description
- Select valves and accessories based on customer inquiries or tender specifications in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Calculate equipment pricing and advise Sales Engineers / Managers on pricing strategy and gross margin targets.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to technical and commercial aspects of submitted quotations.
- Manage order processing, including compiling purchase orders with supporting documents and price breakdowns.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and pricing lists.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, and within scope.
- Coordinate with supplies and procurement teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Create and maintain accurate and organised project documentation.
- Assist in preparing price lists.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by the immediate superior, aligned with company requirements.
