The Role

Job Responsibilities :

Handle sale and purchase agreements (SPA) , loan documentation, and other conveyancing matters from initial stage to completion .
Liaise with clients, bankers, government authorities, and other relevant parties.
Prepare and review legal documents with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure timely follow-ups and updates on file progress.
Maintain proper filing and documentation records.

Ideal Profile

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of working experience in conveyancing.

Proficient in handling developer projects and sub-sale transactions .

Familiar with loan documentation for various banks.

Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written & spoken).

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
