Job descriptionLead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level and niche positions. -Partner with department heads to understand talent needs and workforce planning. -Design and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent. -Manage and mentor junior recruiters or recruitment coordinators. -Build strong talent pipelines through networking, direct sourcing, and digital platforms. -Oversee candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. -Build Recruitment and Head Hunting strategy -Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and maintain employer branding standards. -Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes. -Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
