Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and care. Assist customers with basic website, domain, and hosting-related inquiries. Troubleshoot issues to achieve one-call resolution. Recommend suitable digital solutions through a consultative sales approach. Meet performance goals including FCR, conversion, NPS, and sales targets. Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Qualifications

Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma / Degree is an advantage. Excellent command of English (verbal, written, and comprehension). Experience in customer service, B2B / B2C sales, or call center support is an advantage. Strong ability to turn support calls into sales opportunities. Passionate about sales, achieving targets, and delivering great customer experiences. Basic technical knowledge of websites, domains, hosting, or digital tools preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Open to local Malaysians, willing to work on rotational shifts. Benefits
