About the role
This full-time role as an Assistant Customer Service Manager (Property Management) at KTI Landmark Berhad is based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall management of residential properties under the company's portfolio.
What you'll be doing
- Handling all customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinating property maintenance and repair requests, ensuring they are addressed promptly
- Assisting with the administration and record-keeping of property management activities
- Liaising with vendors, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth property operations
- Supporting the Customer Service Manager in leading and developing the customer service team
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve service delivery
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
