The Team

The Performance Improvement Practice works with Private Equity and Corporate clients across the investment lifecycle, offering end-to-end services including transaction advisory, performance improvement, turnaround, interim and crisis management. Areas of expertise include pre-M&A due diligence, merger integration, post-M&A growth strategy, corporate finance, organizational and cost transformation, supply chain and manufacturing operational improvement, and CFO finance leadership.

How You Will Contribute

• Support project teams in their delivery with tasks including research and information gathering
• Use gathered information to craft proposals and client projects
• Collaborate with the team leader to understand stakeholders’ perspectives
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Analyze and present statistical and market data, and perform financial analysis
• Support internal teams on practice building and operational improvement activities
