Responsibilities

• As a Commis Chef , you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, helping to prepare and deliver high-quality dishes in line with our standards.
• You will work under the guidance of senior chefs to ensure the kitchen runs efficiently while contributing to the creativity and execution of our menu.
• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all kitchen equipment is used safely.
• Assist in stocking and organizing ingredients and supplies.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures, including handling food with proper safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team, including communicating clearly and efficiently.
• Help in other kitchen-related duties as required.
