Job Description

• Conduct legal research, analyzing evidence and advising clients on the potential outcomes of litigation
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, brief and other court filings.
• Attend court hearings, client meetings and negotiations settlements on behalf of the clients.
• to manage real estate transactions for both commercial and residential properties (both, sub-sale) and ensuring all transactions meet their legal obligations
• To handle and manage all loan documentation for financing and re-financing. Review and draft contracts and other conveyancing documents.
• Attending client, monitors & follow up closely the progress for all ongoing files.
• Other tasks as assigned by the firm time to time

Qualification and requirement

Preferably able to start work immediately or within short notice.
