Job Description
- Conduct legal research, analyzing evidence and advising clients on the potential outcomes of litigation
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, brief and other court filings.
- Attend court hearings, client meetings and negotiations settlements on behalf of the clients.
- to manage real estate transactions for both commercial and residential properties (both, sub-sale) and ensuring all transactions meet their legal obligations
- To handle and manage all loan documentation for financing and re-financing. Review and draft contracts and other conveyancing documents.
- Attending client, monitors & follow up closely the progress for all ongoing files.
- Other tasks as assigned by the firm time to time
Qualification and requirement
Possess Bachelor of Laws degree and current practicing CertificateMinimum 2 years working experience as practicing lawyer.Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.Possess good attitude, willing to learn and take responsibility.Independent and able to work in team.Preferably able to start work immediately or within short notice.
