We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is based in our office in Butterworth, Malaysia. By joining us, you will contribute to building the first large-scale battery factories in Europe, Asia and the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, interpret and review agreements, contracts, documents, filings, correspondence and various forms.
• Administer the Intellectual Property of the Company.
• Focus on strategic initiatives and compliance programs to reduce and efficiently manage the company’s risk exposure.
• Report to the VP of Corporate Affairs.
