Compliance Transaction Monitoring Specialist (German Speaker)

Translate a wide variety of written documentation for the purpose of Suspicious Activity Reporting.

Provide assistance in running day‑to‑day operations within Compliance Ops Department.

Report back to the Line manager as appropriate.

Act as transaction monitoring backup alert handler (Level 1 processing) as and when translation queue is cleared.

Provide assistance in ad‑hoc projects and report generation tasks, as and when assigned by Team Lead / HOD.

Key Activities

• Ensure all translations meet the expectations and the requirements of the Retained Organization.
• Responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality translations and contributing to linguistic quality control processes and procedures.
• Maintain complete record of information source for audit purpose.

Excellent oral and written English language skills.

Passionate about languages and different cultures.

Complete trainings assigned within the stipulated deadline.

Proficiency in German language (written and spoken) and keeps current with the way the German language evolves.

Formal Education

University or local equivalent degree required.
