Personal Assistant (私人助理 )(Nibong Tebal,Penang)

Responsibilities

• To support in all kind of projects, proposal, meetings and relates issues.
• Toresponsible for all secretarial works, administrative duties, and personal matters.
• To maintain confidentiality and exclusivity within Director's office.
• To assist in overall general office administration and provides clerical support.
• To ensure accuracy and confidentiality by organizing, coordinating, producing and maintaining correspondences as well as providing informative reports and information.
• To assist in documentation matters.
• To plan and schedule meetings, appointments, conferences as well as travelling schedules, as required by the Management.
• Works closely with Director to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
