After Sales Executive

Based in Melaka

Key Responsibilities :

• Proposes upgrade / service module / solution to client
• Carries out after-sales activities (face to face meetings, phone calls, presence in trade shows) in accordance with a pre-established Individuals Business Plan or project
• Receiving and making after sales calls for guarantee or warranty call-outs
• Strengthens relationship with existing accounts and develops new accounts to grow Muehrbauer branding of target market in ASIA
• Completes and submits expense reports, forecasts sales reports as required and on a timely basis
• Follows all Muehrbauer corporate culture positively and correctly
