Job Descriptions :
- Make proactive outbound calls to promote Micro SME products and services.
- Use scripts, tools, and product knowledge to generate leads and sales.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
- Manage assigned leads to ensure high conversion and closure rates.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets.
- Prepare and execute scheduled sales calls with proper follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Stay updated on company culture, product knowledge, and services.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Inside Sales.
Job Requirements :
SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or telesales experience.Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Malay; Mandarin or Tamil proficiency preferred.Strong persuasion skills with patience, persistence, and a sales-driven attitude.Computer literate with good typing and documentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs.MUST be able to start work immediately.Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
