Job descriptionMinimum SPM / Diploma qualification Minimum 1-3 years experienced Experience in Tender and Renewal documentation and update database procedure Experience in Telesales / Customer Service / Inside Sales related selling will be an added advantage Possess good telephone etiquette Possess patience and confidence when dealing with clients over the telephone Excellent communication and negotiation skills Results-oriented & customer focused. Mature, self-motivated, proactive, aggressive and independent. Preferably have the ability to speak and write in Chinese, English & Malay. Committed, results-oriented and able to work under pressure Enthusiasm, willingness, hard work & persistency are good attributes for the job Possess full working rights for Malaysia.
Job Description :
- Selling ICT range of products, solutions, services and maintenance.
- Responsible for the marketing of products and services.
- To achieve & exceed targets set by the Company
- Develops customer needs & new customers in the commercial, industrial & end-user.
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities from existing and new customers
- Aggressively review account activities in pursuit of new business or upselling opportunities
- Prepare and handle quotation request, goods delivery, payment collection and ad-hoc duties whenever required.
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
- Cold call prospective customers
- Conduct follow-up meetings with customers and manage the entire sales cycle.
- Account responsibility with quota.
