Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support & Contract Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) or Contract Administration, who are passionate about supporting commercial and operational teams in a dynamic construction environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Support : Assist the sales team with CRM updates, proposal and quotation preparation, and general administrative coordination to improve efficiency and response time.
- Contract & Claims Assistance : Support contract documentation, claim preparation, and ensure compliance with basic contractual obligations.
- Customer Communication : Maintain and update customer contact information; support communication via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Product Knowledge Support : Understand Doka’s products and services and assist in conveying their value to clients.
- Order Coordination : Respond to customer enquiries and assist in converting leads into confirmed orders.
- Credit Support : Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to track outstanding payments and follow up as needed.
- CRM & Market Screening : Ensure data accuracy in the CRM system and assist in identifying new project opportunities.
- Marketing Coordination : Support local marketing activities and help ensure brand consistency in customer-facing initiatives.
- Sales Meetings & Team Events : Assist with the preparation and coordination of internal sales meetings, team events, and presentations.
- Complaint Handling : Log customer complaints into the designated complaint management system for follow-up and resolution.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For :
Fresh graduates are encouraged to applyCandidates with up to 1 year of experience in Quantity Surveying, Contract Executive roles, or related fields will be an advantageMinimum Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Business, or related disciplineStrong command of English (written and spoken)Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage to support communication with a wider range of customersProficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using or learning CRM systemsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentA team player who can collaborate across functions and with diverse colleaguesAdditional Advantages (not mandatory) :
