Position : Senior Human Resources Executive
Location : Rawang, Selangor
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Executive to play a key role in managing and driving HR operations across Southeast Asia . This role covers the full spectrum of HR, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, policy development, compensation & benefits, compliance, and HR analytics .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Southeast Asia, including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to design recruitment strategies and talent pipelines.
- Drive employer branding through university partnerships, internships, and referral programs.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience through structured induction and orientation programs.
Performance Management
Coordinate quarterly and annual performance review cycles.Support managers in performance evaluation, coaching, and improvement plans.Provide analytics and reporting on performance trends.Facilitate talent development and cross-country performance calibration.Employee Engagement & Culture
Design and implement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.Manage programs such as the HR Memory Wall, Employee Referral Program, and recognition platforms.Conduct engagement surveys, analyze results, and propose action plans.Organize team-building, wellness, and communication activities.HR Policies, Compliance & Analytics
Develop and maintain HR policies in line with local labor laws.Ensure compliance across all Southeast Asia countries.Provide HR metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, turnover, absenteeism) to guide decision-making.Conduct audits to ensure best practices are consistently applied.HR Operations & Administration
Oversee HR systems (Oracle Learning, Infotech) and ensure data accuracy.Manage payroll for multiple countries in collaboration with payroll vendors.Administer compensation, benefits, and statutory requirements.Act as a point of contact for employees on HR matters, including leave, claims, and benefits.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.Strategic HR & Projects
Support the Senior HR Manager, Southeast Asia, on regional HR initiatives.Contribute to business reviews, HR presentations, and workforce planning.Conduct data analysis on attrition, headcount, and workforce trends.Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous HR improvement.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience with regional exposure preferred.Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.Proven experience in HR operations, performance management, and employee engagement.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to change.#J-18808-Ljbffr
