Role Description

As Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, overseeing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with HR standards. The role involves collaborating with various departments to enhance employee experience and support the overall organizational goals.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Employee Relations and HR Policies knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the retail or optical industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
