Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Wing Lok Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Sepang, Selangor. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production facility, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of dedicated production workers.
What you'll be doing
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Monitor and maintain product quality standards throughout the production process.
Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Provide training and guidance to production staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Logistics and Quality Assurance, to optimise production processes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Any other duties as required and assigned by the Management.
What we're looking for
Knowledge of how bread and pao process is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry in FMCG.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Effective leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and developing team members.
Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
Able to work 5.5 days of work per week.
About us Wing Lok Noodle Factory was established in 1976 and is a well-known heritage brand in Hong Kong. Starting with a small factory in Wong Tai Sin, Wing Lok relocated to Kowloon Bay in 1980. From 1986 onward, the company began supplying various types of fresh and dried noodles to airlines, hotels, restaurants, and wet markets across Hong Kong.
