Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering; a postgraduate degree in a related field is an advantage. At least 8 years of relevant design experience in areas such as HVAC, fire protection and plumbing systems, mechanical handling equipment, lifts & escalators, and Building Management Systems (BMS). Strong understanding and experience with regulatory authorities. Professional Engineer (PE) registration with a practicing certificate is preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM is advantageous. Must be registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
