The role requires strong attention to consumer behavior, market trends, and excellent communication skills. Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities : - Conduct in-depth research on consumer trends, preferences, and purchasing patterns to enhance marketing strategies. - Assist with online customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses and directing relevant queries to the appropriate branches for further assistance. - Monitor and analyze market fluctuations to identify potential opportunities or risks in the digital landscape. - Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement engaging content across digital channels, including social media, email, and website Skills and Requirements : Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field. Strong understanding of online marketing tools and best practices. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay (added advantage).
