Responsibilities :

• Responsible to assist the Chef to ensure that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
• Responsible to assist the Chef to plan the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
• Responsible to coordinate with kitchen staff, and assist them as required.
• Responsible to trained staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
• Responsible for the stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
• Responsible to ensure safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Responsible to create and propose to the Management for the new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends.
