We are looking for a Chef de Partie (CDP) who shares this vision : someone who can deliver consistently high-quality dishes, bring creativity to the plate, and work with precision in a fast-moving kitchen.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of your kitchen section, ensuring smooth daily operations with efficiency and precision
• Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and portioning across all dishes
• Support the brand in developing new menu items that align with almost human club's ethos; bold, refined, and made for the modern hustlers
• Monitor mise en place, stock levels, and wastage to support cost control and sustainability
• Ensure strict compliance with ISO 22000 : 2018 (Food Safety Management System), HACCP protocols, Malaysia Food Hygiene Regulations 2009 under the Food Act 1983, and KKM Food Safety & Hygiene Guidelines
• Foster teamwork, discipline, and a culture of excellence within the kitchen
• Maintain a clean, organized, and high-performing work environment
