Company Description Klinik Hello Doctor is a General Practitioner (GP) clinic providing primary healthcare services to the community. Based in Malaysia, the clinic potentially has multiple outlets and offers a variety of services including general outpatient treatment, maternal and child health checkups, minor procedures, fertility consultations, and medical screening and preventive care. The focus is on delivering comprehensive and accessible healthcare solutions to meet the diverse needs of patients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bandar Baru Bangi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing policies, and managing employee relations. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, developing onboarding programs, handling payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also work closely with department heads to address staffing needs and support organizational effectiveness. Qualifications Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements Skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture Proficient in payroll and benefits administration Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage Ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment
