Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR & Admin Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily HR and administrative operations.
  • Manage employee records and documentation.
  • Handle payroll preparation and ensure timely processing.
  • Support HR compliance matters, including CIDB and ISO documentation and coordination.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training activities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Preferably with experience in handling CIDB and ISO matters.
  • Must have experience in Payroll Management.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
