We are looking for S enior Executive - Business Development (Sales) to manage and grow existing accounts, drive sales growth, and acquire new business opportunities. The role involves building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies to meet revenue targets. The Sales Executive will also represent the company at industry events, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to business development efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage and Grow Existing Accounts :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor accounts regularly to identify potential issues that may affect timely payments.
Drive Sales Growth and Meet Targets :
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, ensuring that the team consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets. Actively pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive continued growth.Customer Satisfaction :
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.Address and resolve any Pre and Post Sales related issues or complaints promptly.New Business Acquisition :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.Develop proposals and conduct presentations to potential clients.Networking and Events :
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.Successfully plan & execute “quarterly focus” (x3 corporate engagements per quarter)Build a strong professional network to enhance business development efforts.Support marketing activities in seminars, trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.Sales Strategy :
Collaborate with the marketing team to build brand presence and generate high-quality leads.Report on market and competitor information e.g., pricing, key customer strategies, trends, key personnel movements, and new product opportunities etc.Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in our product offerings.REQUIREMENT :
Bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.3-5 years of experience in Corporate or B2B Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.Industry experience in any of the following is an advantage :IT Equipment / Solutions, System / Software, Medical EquipmentOffice Equipment (Copiers, Printers, Projectors, Smart TV, Phone Systems)System Integration, Electrical / Control Systems / ELV, Applications, Energy, Mechanical Controls, and HVAC IndustryPossess valid driving license and own vehicle.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsProficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Customer-driven and results-oriented.Aggressive, persistent, proactive and must be a good team player.Willing to travel.
