We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEA Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all marketing activities across the Southeast Asia region. This role requires a strategic, hands‑on marketer who understands both local market dynamics and global brand standards. The successful candidate will drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and engagement through regional campaigns, partnerships, and localized initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans that align with global objectives and support brand growth across key SEA markets.
- Localize global campaigns to ensure cultural relevance, compliance alignment, and maximum impact.
- Manage regional media partnerships, sponsorships, and events, ensuring brand consistency and performance measurement.
- Plan and manage multi‑channel performance campaigns (Search, Social, Display, Affiliates, Programmatic) tailored to local audiences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs (leads, FTDs, CPA, ROI, engagement, etc.) to optimize performance.
- Work closely with the digital and analytics teams to assess data, report outcomes, and refine targeting strategies.
- Maintain an understanding of regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform decision‑making.
- Partner with global marketing, design, and content teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Manage local vendors, translators, and agencies, ensuring brand integrity across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the sales and partnerships teams to support client acquisition and retention efforts.
- Align with compliance and legal teams to ensure all regional campaigns meet local regulatory standards.
- Strengthen the brand’s presence in SEA through community engagement, influencer programs, and educational events.
- Represent the brand at industry expos, webinars, and networking events within the region.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, partners, and affiliates.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in marketing or regional management, ideally within finance, fintech, or brokerage industries.Proven track record of executing multi‑channel campaigns with measurable results in SEA markets.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, events, and partnerships.Fluent in English and an additional language would be preferred (Thai, Vietnamese or Bahasa).Excellent communication, project management, and vendor coordination skills.Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, CRM platforms).Self‑starter with the ability to operate independently while collaborating across global teams.Benefits
