General Management : Process invoices, prepare monthly accounts, and support audit & tax documentation.
Administrative Support : Oversee foreign worker permit applications, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Operational Assistance : Liaise with suppliers for purchasing, coordinate receiving and material support for production.
Project Support : Handle documentation and admin support for projects.
Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Basic computer knowledge for data entry (MS Office).
Knowledge of bookkeeping principles will be an added advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin is a plus.
Fresh graduates are welcomed, salary will depend on experience.
Working days : 5.5 days, alternate Saturday off
