Job descriptionLead and manage the customer care team to maintain high levels of service quality and responsiveness. Develop and implement customer service strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure effective communication with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes. Oversee the resolution of escalated customer issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory outcomes. Provide training and development opportunities to the customer care team to enhance their skills and performance. Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align customer service practices across different locations. Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all customer interactions. A degree in Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in a customer care or service management role. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
