Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system.
Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
Support the accounts team in preparing for audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Assist with the processing of employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintain organized and secure financial records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Account Management, Data Entry, Administrative Support, and Record Keeping.
Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
Ability to accurately and efficiently manage and input financial data.
Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork.
