The Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the frontline driver of pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying business opportunities across the APAC region
- Generate demand for Oracle solutions and services through prospecting
- As the first point of contact for prospects, engage in meaningful conversations, uncover business challenges, and position Oracle’s cloud solutions as the answer
- Follow up on marketing‑qualified leads, conduct discovery calls, and nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales cycle
- Fuel revenue growth and create high‑value pipeline, making a direct impact on Oracle's success in the region
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth, high‑quality handovers that set deals up for success
- Act as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business with inbound calls, chats, and emails
- Qualify Oracle prospects and produce quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force
- Perform database and record‑keeping activities
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in CRM, consistently meeting or exceeding activity metrics, pipeline‑generation targets, and other performance KPIs
