Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts and perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements.
- Ensure timely closing of monthly and annual accounts.
- Manage SST submissions and other statutory compliance matters.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks.
- Review accounting entries to ensure compliance with MFRS and company policies.
- Support process improvements and automation of accounting tasks.
- Supervise junior executives or clerks when required.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.3–5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the freight forwarding / logistics industry.Audit firm experience is an advantage (but not essential).Strong knowledge of MFRS and tax regulations.Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.Independent, responsible, and able to work under minimal supervision.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.If you’re ready to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment — we’d love to hear from you!
