2. Work Experience
1 & 2 years related experience in lubricant or automotive industry and manufacturing process.3. Knowledge
Knowledge of demand management / forecasting tools, forecasting processes in sales, marketing operations, finance, manufacturing and supply chain issues.4. Skills
Must be outspoken person, strong analytical abilities, organizational, decision making and presentation skills.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Strong influential and good facilitation skills are an added advantageDetails oriented.Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook applicationsThe Job
Support Inventory and Production Planning
Monitor monthly forecasts and participate in weekly planning meetings to align inventory targets with sales goals.Coordinate Product Development Activities
Act as the focal point for the Product Development Committee, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across teams involved in new product initiatives.Lead and Coordinate Product Development Activities
Assess the feasibility of new product requests from Sales, initiate PDC meetings with relevant departments within the agreed timeline.Monitor and Communicate Development
Oversee artwork creation and changes, and ensure all departments are consistently informed of updates throughout the product development process.Sales Representation in Operations
