Job description1 & 2 years related experience in lubricant or automotive industry and manufacturing process. Knowledge of demand management / forecasting tools, forecasting processes in sales, marketing operations, finance, manufacturing and supply chain issues. Must be outspoken person, strong analytical abilities, organizational, decision making and presentation skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong influential and good facilitation skills are an added advantage Details oriented. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook applications Monitor monthly forecasts and participate in weekly planning meetings to align inventory targets with sales goals. Act as the focal point for the Product Development Committee, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across teams involved in new product initiatives. Assess the feasibility of new product requests from Sales, initiate PDC meetings with relevant departments within the agreed timeline. Oversee artwork creation and changes, and ensure all departments are consistently informed of updates throughout the product development process. Act as the sales representative in daily operations meetings especially for OEM items. Serve as a committee member for tenders initiated by the Operations team
