HR Senior Specialist

Job descriptionProcess employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Perform routine and ad-hoc audits of employee records to identify discrepancies or outdated information. Support HR reporting by generating standard reports and assisting with data analysis requests. Administer and manage employee leave requests (annual, parental, etc) in compliance with company policies and local regulations. Ensure data accuracy and timely updates to the timekeeping system to reflect any adjustments such as shift changes, overtime, or corrections. Prepare attendance report for month end closing. Provide support for system configuration changes related to time management, such as approval workflow updates, shift pattern changes, and clock time adjustments. Collaborate with the HRIT / vendor teams to resolve any technical issues or enhancements required in the timekeeping systems. Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1-2 years' of experience. Candidates with experience in China payroll processing will have an added advantage. Foundation knowledge of Compensation and Benefits / Timekeeping system. Preferably with written and spoken in Mandarin language. Familiarity with SAP payroll software and Success Factor. Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates with experience in Shared Service Centre / MNC will have an added advantage.
Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.
- Employee Data Maintenance :
- Accurately enter and update employee data in Success Factor EC system
Maintain and audit HR databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
Assist in system upgrades or implementations by participating in testing and data validation.
Leave & Time Management :
Act as the first point of contact for employees on matters related to Employee Personal and Job Information, Leave and Time attendance.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
