Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

Role Purpose

To oversee and optimize the operations and system support for EON Sales Agency (EAg). performance monitoring, and operational efficiency to achieve revenue growth and agency excellence. This role is instrumental in driving the activation, productivity, and compliance of sales agents, while coordinating resources, tools, and incentives to support business targets.

Operations & System Support

• Manage end-to-end agent registration, CRM access setup, and data accuracy.
• Handle daily agent queries and manage documentation in compliance with internal policies.
• Track lead submissions and monitor progress through all stages - booking, registration, and disbursement.
• Design and review incentive and commission structures aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate and distribute support tools (e-brochures, monthly campaigns, product updates, etc.).
• Monitor new agent performance during the first 6 months (Phase 1 : Activation Phase) to ensure readiness and productivity.
