Senior Executive Assistant Manager

Summary

The Assistant Manager / Senior Executive of Equity Fund (REIT) is responsible for selling and promoting the company's Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) products to institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and retail investors. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to grow assets under management (AUM), meeting sales targets, and building long-term relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of real estate investment, REIT structures, and equity fund products, with a proven ability to achieve sales objectives

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development :

Promote and sell the company's REIT products to institutional investors, retail investors, financial advisors, and HNWIs.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Identify and engage with new business opportunities and potential clients within the real estate and investment sectors.

Conduct client presentations, meetings, and product pitches to showcase REIT offerings and benefits.

Client Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
