Role Purpose
To oversee and optimize the operations and system support for EON Sales Agency (EAg). performance monitoring, and operational efficiency to achieve revenue growth and agency excellence. This role is instrumental in driving the activation, productivity, and compliance of sales agents, while coordinating resources, tools, and incentives to support business targets.
Operations & System Support
- Manage end-to-end agent registration, CRM access setup, and data accuracy.
- Handle daily agent queries and manage documentation in compliance with internal policies.
- Track lead submissions and monitor progress through all stages - booking, registration, and disbursement.
- Design and review incentive and commission structures aligned with company objectives.
- Coordinate and distribute support tools (e-brochures, monthly campaigns, product updates, etc.).
- Monitor new agent performance during the first 6 months (Phase 1 : Activation Phase) to ensure readiness and productivity.
Strategic Alignment & Coordination
Collaborate with top management on operational rollout, KPI setting, and scaling strategies.Coordinate with marketing, IT, and sales support teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and tools.Prepare regular performance reports for management review and decision-making.Compliance Monitoring
Monitor adherence to sales ethics, proper documentation, and required declarations.Identify and address disorderly or non-compliant marketing practices.Conduct random spot checks to ensure agents comply with guidelines and SOPs.SOP & Policy Reinforcement
Conduct refresher briefings on policy updates, compliance requirements, and product changes.Assist in establishing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for EON Sales Agency operations.Work closely with operations and sales leaders to implement corrective actions for compliance issues.Qualifications & Requirements
Education - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Management, or equivalent.Experience - Minimum 3-5 years in sales operations, agency management, or business development (experience in the automotive, insurance, or agency-based industries preferred).Skills -
Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.Analytical skills with the ability to track performance and interpret data.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Traits - Proactive, result-oriented, detail-driven, and adaptable to change.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
