A KLINIK (PENANG) is hiring FULL-TIME Customer Service
Job Description :
- Reply messages in social media platforms such as messaging platform, Facebook, Instagram, XHS, TikTok and Emails etc
- Making phone calls to customers
- Making appointments for customers
- Handling customers complaints and follow up with customers
- Assist in generating reports and data for the marketing team
Job Requirement :
Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Sales & Marketing.A well-mannered, calm, polite and eloquent individual with 1–2 year(s) experience in the field of Customer Service.Required skill(s) : Computer Knowledge, Microsoft Software, Google SheetExcellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Good analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and develop solutions.Friendly and attentive to details that can work in a team of other like- minded people and work independently as well.工作地点 Working Area : Greenlane (Penang Island)
