Responsibilities
- Performs sales activities and ensure all sales targets given by management are met.
- Responsible for closing sales, compiling and reporting sales progress to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Perform, close and key-in sales activities / sales transactions as per the assigned target.
- Close follow-up on sales documentation; e.g., signing of Sales Agreement, collection of payment, complete set of purchasers booking data form, etc., as per requirement within the approved time frame.
- Familiar with the products in the respective area and basic product knowledge of other areas to provide prospects with accurate information.
- Stay updated on competitor products in the market and build a network with personnel across the same industry to gain first-hand industry information to develop a strategic approach toward prospects.
- Ensure efficiency while interacting with customers and potential prospects during pre-sales, ongoing sales and post-sales.
- Build strong rapport and respond to prospects inquiries with excellent service at every touch point to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and perform internal and external sales activities / promotions for events; e.g., roadshows, exhibitions, product launches per Sales Plan.
- Maintain and accumulate a database of prospects in the system to create a consistent pipeline of potential customers in the future.
- Carry out market surveys and market research, compile and analyze data to assist management in determining market trends and customer needs.
- Attend to other job functions as instructed by Manager.
Job Requirements
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field.Required skills : Sales experience, communication skills, customer relationship management.Working experience : Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in sales; experience in the steel industry is an added advantage.Office Skills : Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, WPS) and skilled in handling business emails.Possess own transport and willing to travel locally or outstation.Office based at TS LAW Tower, Kuala Lumpur.Aggressive, self-motivated, willing to take initiative, result-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong and excellent communication skills with good interpersonal attitude.Good behavioral competency with interpersonal skills on analytical thinking, problem solving, result focus, customer focus and continuous learning.Sales-driven and independent in a fast-paced environment.Fresh graduates in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Metallurgical Engineering are welcome to apply as well.Fluent in Mandarin and English; Mandarin is required as candidates will liaise with Mandarin-speaking management team.Willingness to work on weekends / public holidays or after office hours, if required.Job Benefits
