Key Account Manager (Flavor)

Responsibilities

• Execute local and export operations as directed by Sales and Marketing Director.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base locally and internationally.
• Monitor and manage sales and expense budgets, including overseeing receivables.
• Develop and enhance departmental procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients.
• Conduct sales visits, organize promotions, and manage client relationships through data analysis.
• Understand and anticipate key account needs and changes.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
• Lead, motivate, and inspire the account team.
• Research potential markets, acquire new clients, and plan to meet sales targets.
