Job Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management – Serve as the main liaison between customers and the company, ensuring professional communication and timely resolution of enquiries and feedback.
• Event Planning & Execution – Plan and coordinate project launches, customer events, and promotional activities to enhance brand image and customer engagement.
• Customer Feedback & Reporting – Collect and analyze customer feedback, prepare reports, and propose improvement actions to management for service enhancement.
• Media Relations – Coordinate with media outlets and agencies for press releases, media coverage, and advertisement placements to promote the company’s projects.
• Showroom & Site Visits – Conduct regular visits to showrooms and sites to ensure presentation quality and gather customer insights for improvement.
• Interdepartmental Coordination – Collaborate with sales, project, and design teams to align marketing activities with project timelines and company objectives.
• Market Research & Strategy – Conduct market research, analyze and provide actionable marketing strategy and recommendations.
• Community Outreach – Support or organize CSR and community engagement programs to strengthen corporate image and maintain good relationships with the surrounding community.
• Ad-Hoc Task Management – Undertake any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management.
